How can you change the format thing of a video?

My friend and I made a video on Windows Movie Maker, and I was gunna try to put it on facebook. But, apparently it doesnt support the format of it er whatever? I have no idea what the format is right now, but I'm supposed to have it as any of the following;;;;

3g2 (Mobile Video)

3gp (Mobile Video)

3gpp (Mobile Video)

asf (Windows Media Video)

flv (Flash Video)

m4v (MPEG-4 Video)

Well, if you made it in windows movie maker then it's probably a wmv file. Try using something like SUPER to convert it into one of those file types.
