How do I change to format in Photoshop to make a video?

I have to make a moving Solar system thingy for one of my college classes and it is due on Sunday, I have no idea how to do this, can anyone tell me how to change the format in PS so that I can make a video. I have Photoshop CS4 Extended, if that helps anyone.How do I change to format in Photoshop to make a video?

Photoshop CS-4 Extended is for Stills not for motion editing.

Photoshop Premiere is for editing Film and motion.How do I change to format in Photoshop to make a video?
Photoshop is a photo editing software i think what you are looking for is adobe premiere. If you cant use premiere you can use flash to do this project as well.
