Just trying to post a video on mega-video.com and the video we want to put on there is which according to the website is in the wrong format.How do you change the format of a video?

I take it you mean megavideo.com, seeing as there doesn't appear to be a website by the name of mega-video.com.
What format is your current video in, and what format does it need to be in? (I'm not joining up just to find out that information.)
