Does someone know how to change the format of a video made on movie maker?

i made a video on movie maker..

and i wanna upload it on youtube...

but youtube doesn`t accept it!!

i tried to change the format with some programs but..

any of them can change it good!

if u know how to change it..plz tell me!!!
