i know exactly what you're looking for. i use the website almost everyday to help. just go to http://www.youconvertit.com/ and then click on the tab that says 'Convert Online Video.' type in your email address and then put in the URL of the video. set the format that you want (mpg4) and then click 'Submit.' soon an email will be emailed to you with the download link of the video in the right format. when you click on the link, make sure to click SAVE so that the video is saved on your computer. i hope i helped!
