Sure there is........u can use Nero 7 or u can use Divx (which is free) or u can use Power Video Converter (although u will have to pay for it unless u download a keygenerator off of a p2p program :) ) There are lots of programs that u can try.....I suggest going to www.Download.comHow do you change the format of video files so that you can burn to disk?
I believe that if you have a video editor like Windows Movie Maker, when you finalise your entire video and want to put in in a CD, it will take care of converting it into VCD format.
