How can i take multiple .vob format videos and change them into a dvd format?

in which i can burn onto a dvd and play as a dvd. all the scenes in the film are separated into small videos. i want to make it where you can click on %26quot;play movie%26quot; or %26quot;scene selection%26quot; with a dvd player. there is a vinnietee of the main menu, but i cannot click on the options.How can i take multiple .vob format videos and change them into a dvd format?

i have nero 7 ultra / it does many things / besides just dvd /cd /burning / its not free but its worth the price / it burns vob files extremly fast to dvd / and it has lots of extra features for setting up the dvd menu / you can select a different picture for each video clip in your compilation / nero is fantastic !!!!
