How do I change the format of my video from .MOV to .AVI without purchasing any software?

I used this crappy pentax camera that has the videos in a .MOV format that my movie editing program cant read. I tried using some trial video converters but they leave printed words on the video after :S

i downloaded it for free, look it up on google

other than .mov to .avi, it does soooooooo many other formats too.

and it only takes a couple minutes (depends how long ur video is though).

and unlike other software, its not a trial version so u have unlimited use, and ur not restricted of any functions.

its a really reliable program, i highly recommend it.
