How can I change the format of my videos?

I'm trying to upload videos onto Facebook, but it says it doesn't support the type of video file I have. The videos are on a memory card from my Env phone, and they are in jpg format. I need to somehow get them to one of these formats:

3g2 (Mobile Video)

3gp (Mobile Video)

3gpp (Mobile Video)

asf (Windows Media Video)

avi (AVI Video)

flv (Flash Video)

m4v (MPEG-4 Video)

mkv (Matroska Format)

mov (QuickTime Movie)

mp4 (MPEG-4 Video)

mpeg (MPEG Video)

mpeg4 (MPEG-4 Video)

mpg (MPEG Video)

nsv (Nullsoft Video)

ogm (Ogg Format)

vob (DVD Video)

wmv (Windows Media Video)



Please be specific...I'm not really a computer genius, these are just some fun vids of me and my friends.
