How do i convert a .3gp video format to a .mpg or a different format on my pc?? theres more inside!! answer!!?

i recorded a video on my mobile i then put it on the computer ive tried to edit the video in windows movie maker but it says its the wrong file format and it doesnt support it the formats it allows are asf, .avi, .m1v, .mp2, .mp2v, .mpe, .mpeg, .mpg, .mpv2, .wm, and .wmv.



so does anyone know i i change .3gp format into any of the above!
