To change the format of your video, you'll need a program for it. Windows or Macintosh can't do it on their own. You need a video editor program



Do a Google on %26quot;video editing program%26quot;, or something like that, and see if you can get a program for free. Also try some of these CD's with freeware. They usually have nice programs for free.
