How do you change the format of your videos?

I want to put a movie on Windows Movie Maker,

But it's in the file format .MOV



How do I change it?

It opens with Quicktime Movie Player.

I tried to change what to open it with but the format wont change.



Please help.

Enable the display of file extensions even for known file types



Then right click



Rename



Type in the extension you want
