How to change the format of a .MSWMM video?

I just spent about 2 hours making the damn thing to upload to youtube, and the format's not accepted. %26gt;:O It's from Windows Movie Maker. Is there any program that can convert this file (AVS will not..) or is there something I can do to change the format in the program? I'm so pissed :(
