I have a video I would like to upload and share online but it is in WSWMM format?

It's in WSWMM format. i made it with the windows movie maker and I haven't been able to find a website that will host that type of format. does anyone know how to change the format on a video? or what i can do to get it online?!I have a video I would like to upload and share online but it is in WSWMM format?
WSWMM - The MSWMM file is the MM2 project file and it's not a video file..... it's something only MM2 can use.

In MM2, with the project file open, %26quot;save the movie file%26quot; and you'll have options that include DV-AVI (and WMV). For MPEG you need to use other software and convert the movie that you saved in MovieMaker2.

If your using windows movie maker then you have to go and save it in the format that you want then post it online
